Cleveland’s First Authentic Yemeni Coffee Experience Opening Second Location!

WESTLAKE, OH — [October 28, 2025] — Shibam Coffee Co., Cleveland’s first authentic Yemeni coffee shop, is thrilled to announce the addition of its second location in early 2026 at 25651 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145, nestled conveniently between La Centre Conference & Banquet Facility and Houlihan’s.

After the overwhelming success of its original North Olmsted café (located at 26745 Brookpark Ext, North Olmsted, OH 44070), Shibam Coffee Co. continues its mission to share rich, centuries-old coffee traditions with Northeast Ohio. The new Westlake location will bring the same rich, aromatic brews, warm atmosphere, and cultural authenticity that Shibam fans have come to love.

The new luxury coffee shop will also aim to take the Shibam experience to the next level, featuring in-house knafa—a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded pastry and cheese—along with a new selection of savory snacks and sandwiches to complement its current lineup of pastries, desserts, and signature drinks. With expanded seating and an enhanced kitchen, guests can look forward to a more immersive and flavorful visit than ever before.

Just like Shibam, the world’s oldest skyscraper city in Yemen, Shibam Coffee Co. stands tall with heritage and quality in every cup. Rooted in tradition yet crafted for today, each sip is a journey to Yemen’s historic coffee culture. Shibam’s menu features traditional drinks such as qishr, mufawar, and jubani, as well as modern favorites made with high-quality, freshly roasted beans sourced directly from Yemen.
